Fulfill the annual renewal requirements to maintain your asbestos air monitoring specialist certification. This is the required annual refresher for the performance of final visual inspections, spill delineation, and/or air monitoring activities referred to in Colorado Regulation No. 8. This refresher course is a Division-approved AMS class and successful completion satisfies the training requirements listed in Regulation No. 8, section II.D.3.a.(i).

Required Prerequisite: Prior Air Monitoring Specialist course completed within last 24 months.

Description

Fulfill the annual renewal requirements to maintain your asbestos air monitoring specialist certification. This is the required annual refresher for the performance of final visual inspections, spill delineation, and/or air monitoring activities referred to in Colorado Regulation No. 8. This refresher course is a Division-approved AMS class and successful completion satisfies the training requirements listed in Regulation No. 8, section II.D.3.a.(i).

As an ongoing minimum requirement to perform final visual inspection, air monitoring, or asbestos spill delineation, the 4 hour initial asbestos air monitoring certificate is the ideal solution for anyone looking to continue their career in the asbestos consulting industry. This course will explore updates and advancements in inspection and air collection/analysis activities in all areas of public, commercial, private, industrial, educational, governmental, and residential buildings/sites and give information on how to properly place and collect air samples as part of the abatement process. With this certification, the student will be in compliance with the annual renewal requirements of the asbestos Air Monitoring Specialist certification.
