Description
This entry level course provides, school districts, facility owners, business owners, building occupants, and contractors with an overview of the response and control methods available to address virally contaminated buildings as well as the means available to re-occupy spaces after closure and continue business operations safely moving forward. Primary topics include how to respond to a virally contaminated building, including how to clean and disinfect spaces, what the role of businesses and employers are in responding to COVID-19, how to re-open businesses safely after prolonged closure due to viral contamination, including how to re-organize building spaces for safe re-occupancy, and stakeholder communication.
This course provides comprehensive resource sources from the: World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), John’s Hopkins University, and the Occupational Safety and Health Organization (OSHA).
Upon completion, students will receive a certificate such as the one below from CHC Training valid for a period of 1 year.
