Description
This contractor level course gives the student a basic overview on response and control methods available to address issues associated with viruses and bacteria including the current Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Additionally for 2021, course modules added to discuss the path to re-occupancy! Topics include personal protection equipment, contamination response and remediation methods, stakeholder communication, and provides a comprehensive source for resources from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), John’s Hopkins University, and the Occupational Safety and Health Organization (OSHA). Upon completion, students will receive a certificate such as the one below from CHC Training valid for a period of 1 year.
Who should attend: Abatement contractors, fire-flood contractors, facility operators and managers, school district personnel, facility owners, both individuals who have worn PPE before and those who have not, business owners, Industrial Hygienists, consultants, and anyone dealing with virus and bacteria management.
